1. Scope
These terms and conditions (GTC) apply to the processing of all orders of private customers with the company Deli96 GmbH (from now on Deli96). The offer of the company Deli96 is limited to Switzerland (incl. Principality of Liechtenstein).
2. Validity of the conditions and prices
The prices published at the time of the order apply. Assortment, vintage, price and availability may change, correction of obvious errors and typographical errors stay reserved. Compensation claims due to obvious errors and typographical errors are excluded.
3. Sale to minors
The law prohibits the sale of spirits and alcohol to under 18-year old’s. For wine, beer and cider the limit is 16 years of age. In order to comply with legal requirements, we may ask for your date of birth. Purchases in our online wine shop are only allowed for clients above 18 years of age.
4. Terms of payment / means of payment
Payments are exclusively possible via wire transfer as a pre-payment order or via Paypal (including credit cards). If you select the bank transfer payment method, you will receive an email with the order confirmation, indicating the information necessary to make the transfer in the name of Deli96. It is very important to indicate in the subject of your wire transfer instruction "order number XXXX", where X is the order number that will be provided, as well as your name and surname. You have a maximum period of seven days from the completion of the order to make the transfer. The order will not be considered effective until we receive the bank confirmation of the transfer. Payment must be made in Swiss Francs (CHF), all possible foreign exchange costs and bank fees will be charged to the client. In our physical location in Stallikon we also accept cash or Twint.

We work with the Vinolog wine distributor of the Swiss Post (throughout Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein for the same price regardless of the distance). We charge CHF 15.00 up to 6 bottles of delivery, CHF 20.00 for a delivery between 6 to 12 bottles. For an order of a higher amount of bottles a pre-agreement with Deli96 GmbH regarding delivery and shipping costs is required. For an order valued more than CHF 200.00 the delivery by standard delivery is free. The orders are usually delivered within 2 - 3 working days by the company Vinolog.
It is also possible to collect the order in Stallikon or to arrange a pick up point in Zurich. In this case, the collecting time and location should be agreed with Deli96 in advance.

6. Delivery while available stock
In rare cases, individual items may sell out faster than anticipated. Therefore, we cannot give a delivery guarantee. In general, we can handle most positions resupply within 20 days.

Bottle illustrations on the web do not necessarily always indicate the current vintage. The product name describes the available vintage.

In the case of disputes, Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the place of incorporation of Deli96.
