Cava & wine from D.O. Pla de Bages with the winemaker Carles Muray

Are you ready for the Christmas Season? Cava is at most of aperos and meals in Catalonia and great part of Spain, during this period of time. Be it Brut Nature, Brut, white or rosé, there's a cava for every occasion!

...but we know that red wine cannot miss during the festive season either. For this reason we will have the privilege of counting with the presence of Carles Muray, the winemaker of Heretat Oller del Mas, one of our preferred wineries in Catalonia, located at D.O. Pla de Bages, one of the smallest wine regions in Spain and located inmediately behind Montserrat, at the heart of Catalonia. We will be introduced to their Organic red aged Bernat and the Organic Certified Single Vineyard Arnau wines and will learn insights into the origin and process.

Back from summer holidays? Good memories behind? Sure you would love to share them with your friends and colleagues and... why not with a nice glass of wine! Our first topic: Introduction of Deli96 and how our wineries and wines are being selected.

We will taste both white and red wines from Catalonia: DO.Empordà and DO.Priorat mainly, together with tapas from the region... cheese, olives, fuet, pa amb tomàquet... can you wait? ;o)
